• Not upload conversations without consent from all parties involved
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the application

4. Data Processing

Your conversation data is processed temporarily to generate personality insights. We do not permanently store your conversation content on our servers. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

The personality analysis provided by this service is based on AI algorithms and is intended for entertainment purposes. Results are not scientifically validated and should not be used as the basis for any medical, psychological, or legal decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of this application are owned by the service provider and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Subscriptions and Purchases

PersonaLens offers subscription plans and credit packs for purchasing analysis capabilities:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings
• Credit packs are consumable and non-refundable once used

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
