How do I export my Telegram chat?
You can either log in directly through PersonaLens, or export manually: Open Telegram Desktop > Select a chat > Click the three dots menu > Export Chat History > Choose JSON format.
How do I export my WhatsApp chat?
Open WhatsApp > Go to the chat you want to export > Tap the contact/group name > Scroll down and tap "Export Chat" > Choose "Without Media" > Share to PersonaLens or save as a file.
Is my conversation data stored?
No. Your conversations are processed in real-time and immediately discarded after analysis. We never store your chat content on our servers.
How accurate is the personality analysis?
PersonaLens uses AI to identify patterns in communication. Results are most accurate with longer conversations (100+ messages). The analysis is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes.
Can I analyze someone else's messages?
Yes, with our Romantic Lens and Professional Lens features. Please ensure you have consent from all parties before uploading any conversations.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > PersonaLens > Cancel Subscription.
The analysis failed. What should I do?
Make sure your chat export is in the correct format (JSON for Telegram, .txt for WhatsApp). Try with a different chat or use the Copy & Paste option. If problems persist, contact support.
